I have a Remington 760 in .35 Rem that has actually never been fired. My grandfather bought it brand-new in the early on 80"s i believe. I have inherited it since then. I am having actually a many trouble finding info about this gun. Walk anyone know what the value of this gun can be? i will probably never market it based on the sentimental value, however I"m simply curious. Any info would be significantly appreciated. Thank you.
Re: Remington 7600 .35 Remyou certain its a 7600 and not a 760? the late model 760"s were readily available in 35 rem in 1979 and 1980 after ~ being out of production in that caliber because "68. They were changed with the 7600 in 1981 but as much as i recognize they were not readily available in 35 rem again until Grices wholesalers started in the "90"s v some special runs. If you provide me the barrel password on the left next of the barrel earlier by the recipient i deserve to tell friend the mo/yr it to be made.if its a NIB late design 760 in 35 it can be worth $6-700. Castle were limited production in those years and are rather sought after by collectors.
Re: Remington 7600 .35 Rem
Its simply the opposite. .35 Remington was when the king of the woods ago in the day. Remington has actually been chambering the pumps in the for virtually 100 years. Its no so famous today, but still a good cartridge and also still really much alive and also well. 35 Whelen has actually been chambered off and also on since the 1980"s. The a exorbitant cartridge together well, but Remington has not offered it in a while. There space alot the 35 rem. Pumps the end there, simply not plenty of for sale. You have a exorbitant grandpa for that gem that a gift, treasure the !

Re: Remington 7600 .35 Rem
Thanks a lot for looking into that! i have always wondered about it. He was a good man. He relocated to PA from Michigan whereby semi-autos to be legal, and was compelled to obtain a pump. He actually bought two, a 760 and also 7600 yet died before he had ever gotten a PA deer. That was really cool for me come harvest my an initial buck v his .308. Ns have due to the fact that shot a couple of more and even obtained 3 Wild Boar in GA this past loss with it. I"m certain he"s smilin!
Re: Remington 7600 .35 Rem
you"ll discover a lot of 760/7600 pan on this site. I love them and also they space usually very accurate due to the free-floated barrel. Usage 200 grain rem corelokts in the 760 and it is serious deer medicine.
